Our apartment, about 70m2 in size, with windows facing Caballerizas Street, consists of a small kitchen equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay and a living room with a folding dining table. One bedroom is equipped with a Super King Size bed (200 x 200 cm). The other bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm). Bathroom with a shower. Located on the ground floor of the building.

Cancellation policy
For the standard rate: Cancellation or modification of the reservation must be made with a minimum of 5 days before the guest’s arrival In case of non-compliance with the Cancellation Policy, the establishment may charge for one night of accommodation.

The amount to be paid upon arrival at the accommodation must be settled during your stay in the apartment, unless otherwise indicated.
Notice: The validity of the credit card may be checked before the customer’s check-in.

The payment will be made directly to the accommodation. No charges will be made at the time of booking.

Terms
- All apartments come equipped with sheets and towels. The guest is responsible for leaving the apartment in acceptable cleanliness and order conditions.
- It is prohibited to accommodate a number of guests in the booked apartment greater than declared in the reservation unless express authorization is granted and the additional cost is paid in advance.
- Use of the apartment: When making a reservation on our website, the customer and their companions commit to making appropriate use of the rented apartment.
- Damages caused: The customer will be responsible for any damages caused to the apartment, except for normal wear and tear resulting from everyday use. In case of losing the keys, the customer will be responsible for covering the expenses related to making copies and/or changing the lock.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed.
- No smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the apartments, except on balconies and the terrace/patio.
- Rules: It is crucial to respect the peace and quiet. We kindly request that no noisy activities take place between 14:30pm – 17:00pm and from 23:30pm to 8:00 am. Parties and the entry of non-registered guests are prohibited and will result in eviction from the apartment. Civic behavior and responsible use of the common areas of the building where the apartment is located are essential. The apartments are equipped with a noise control system to ensure the rest of guests and neighbors.
- Serious and/or repeated non-compliance by the customer or their companions with the previously established conditions gives the property the right to demand the immediate vacating of the apartment without any compensation.
- Booking an apartment on the website implies acceptance of these general conditions, as well as the jurisdiction and competence of the courts in Sevilla.
